    The Shadow is created over multiple events (rejections, failures, embarrassments, shameful experiences) added to your shadow over time. The exercises will help you identify your unique shadow, and how and when it was created.

    How did these events in your past cause you to hide, reject or avoid parts of yourself because you feel ashamed, fear or guilt around this? These protection mechanisms take control over your life, often with negative consequences.

    It's crucial to integrate these new insights into your present life, start confronting yourself and take response-ability -consciously choosing a different response- in those situations you feel triggered and/or would normally avoid or reject.
